Position Overview

Our client is a leading energy resources company seeking an experienced Project Manager Level 4 to lead critical onboarding and documentation initiatives. This is a strategic contract role requiring 15+ years of project management expertise to oversee a talented team of Technical Writers, Controls Specialists, and Commissioning Specialists in building comprehensive onboarding documentation for current and new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring strict adherence to milestones and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and resolve delays to maintain schedule integrity
• Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous company quality standards and requirements
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Technical Writers, Controls Specialists, and Commissioning Specialists
• Serve as primary stakeholder contact for project communications and updates
• Optimize processes and implement performance management best practices
• Conduct advanced data analysis and reporting on project metrics and outcomes
• Lead learning and development initiatives integrated into onboarding programs
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational goal alignment

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in complex environments
• 3+ years of dedicated project management with proven track record
• Advanced proficiency in process optimization and performance management
• Expert-level data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Demonstrated experience managing learning and development projects
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
• Experience managing utility or power generation industry projects
• Knowledge of technical documentation standards and best practices
• Familiarity with commissioning and controls processes

Position Details

Location: 700 Universe Boulevard, Juno Beach, FL 33408

Work Arrangement: Remote with 50% travel to Juno Beach and project sites as needed

Duration: 12 Months (01/16/2026 - 01/01/2027)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Standard 8-5 Shift

Compensation: $67/hour
