Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to join our client's procurement team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize supply chain operations within the energy sector's forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing processes for assigned business areas
• Prepare and manage sourcing agreements
• Analyze bid responses and provide strategic recommendations
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal terms
• Participate actively in sourcing project teams
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business units
• Perform market analysis and evaluate supplier performance
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Support data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in supply chain management or procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload in fast-paced environments
