We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in a hybrid work arrangement (50% on-site in Kansas City). This role combines technical testing, customer service excellence, and operational support in a sophisticated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute testing activities for application maintenance and enhancements
- Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage operational queues and maintain service level agreements
- Handle sensitive information with strict adherence to security protocols
- Monitor inventory and complete daily accounting activities
- Participate in technology implementation and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a professional environment
