Position Overview:
Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join a dynamic Contract Administration team in Houston. This role offers the chance to work with commercial customer contracts while ensuring quality assurance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, approve and fulfill customer contracts according to established standards
- Manage contract administration email inbox within SLA requirements
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices
- Assist with process documentation and reporting
- Perform mail merges and related administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in Operations/Legal/Contracts role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
