Position Overview:
Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join a dynamic Contract Administration team in Houston. This role offers the chance to work with commercial customer contracts while ensuring quality assurance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, approve and fulfill customer contracts according to established standards
  • Manage contract administration email inbox within SLA requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to implement best practices
  • Assist with process documentation and reporting
  • Perform mail merges and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in Operations/Legal/Contracts role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
