Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned solar projects through the early-stage process, preparing them for handoff to Construction teams
• Deliver technically feasible, commercially supported, and financially viable solar projects
• Analyze technical and financial data to identify key variables, indicators, and trends
• Create and manage project capital budgets through approval processes
• Support development, permitting, and engineering activities while facilitating problem resolution
• Engage with various software applications to manage critical project data and deliverables
• Interface with executive leadership with Regional Lead support
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to optimize project planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive attitude
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Self-motivated with capacity to work independently
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels

• Construction, Energy Industry, and/or Solar experience
• Strong financial and data analysis skillset
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in technical aspects
