Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sourcing processes for assigned business areas
  • Analyze responses to bid requests and make supplier recommendations
  • Conduct negotiations and participate in sourcing project teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers
  • Communicate sourcing strategies and results to management
  • Drive down total cost of ownership through effective procurement practices
  • Monitor supplier performance and develop new sources of supply
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 1+ years of supply chain/procurement experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Experience with sourcing agreements and contract terms preferred
