Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and compelling legal briefs
• Manage discovery processes including eDiscovery platforms and strategies
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and writing
• Assist with witness preparation and depositions
• Support hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate on complex commercial litigation matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic record (GPA 3.5+)
• 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience (Class of 2021-2023)
• Admission to New York Bar or eligibility for admission
• Experience with large or AmLaw 100 firm preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning
