Overview of the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Recruiter II to join our client's talent acquisition team in a hybrid role that combines strategic recruiting with meaningful relationship building. This position offers the opportunity to impact organizational growth by connecting exceptional talent with career-defining opportunities while implementing innovative recruitment strategies and college relations programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Develop and maintain tracking and applicant flow processes
  • Partner with search firms, employment agencies, and place strategic job advertisements
  • Build and maintain college and high school relations programs
  • Coordinate employment activities with HR teams to ensure policy consistency
  • Provide guidance to managers and applicants on federal, state, and corporate policies
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
  • High standards of integrity and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
