Key Responsibilities:

• Manage court appearances and legal proceedings
• Conduct discovery and handle depositions
• File motions and legal documents
• Oversee mediations and settlement negotiations
• Prepare for and participate in trials
• Conduct pre-trial preparations and case strategy development
• Manage cases independently as primary handling attorney

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license (required)
• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with case management and legal research
