Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to provide comprehensive services and support for Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications including both front and backend systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between IT and business stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, evaluate, and resolve service tickets within SLA agreements
• Serve as the primary liaison between CBUs and IT, facilitating communication and support
• Support key applications working with vendors and the business
• Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting
• Analyze applications and environment logs
• Administer Windows servers and support on-premises Windows and RE Linux based applications
• Assist with cloud solutions maintenance and migrations
• Analyze business processes and identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing costs
• Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer needs and business goals
• Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable value-based units
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems
• Contribute to application QA testing processes and end-user support
• Create and maintain project and support documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related experience in business analysis or systems support
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes and practices related to corporate staff business units
• Experience supporting applications with SSO integration
• Proficiency with data analytics and dashboarding tools (Power BI, MS Power Apps, Business Objects)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow (preferred)
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls
• Agile working experience
• Expert level proficiency in Windows OS and Office Suite
• Experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Windows Server & client OS, AD, Oracle, MS SQL
• Understanding of computer architecture aspects (databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure)
• Experience with cybersecurity applications and security stack
