Overview of the Role

Join a dynamic team at the Center of Work Excellence (CWE) optimizing maintenance operations for one of the nation's leading renewable energy fleets. This critical role manages the logistics, scheduling, and strategic execution of major wind turbine component maintenance across the US and Canada, directly impacting operational efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop optimal work execution strategies to minimize costs
  • Manage schedules and resource assignments for internal execution crews
  • Coordinate complex logistics between planning/sourcing and field execution teams
  • Lead daily status meetings and maintain real-time awareness of job progress
  • Develop innovative analytical tools and processes to improve maintenance execution
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, maintenance planning, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise with business and data analytics
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IBM Maximo, Power BI, relational databases, and programming
  • Background in wind turbine major component replacements
  • Experience with logistics optimization
  • Six Sigma certification
