Overview:

As a Training & Development Analyst, you'll analyze training needs, develop strategic curricula, and implement impactful learning solutions that drive business success and employee growth across a leading energy organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze management training and development needs to create strategic learning plans
• Design, develop, and coordinate comprehensive training programs and interventions
• Identify, select, and certify qualified instructors for various training initiatives
• Consult with organizational leaders to assess current and future learning needs
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and cost-efficiency
• Manage cross-functional projects involving external vendors and consultants
• Develop annual corporate training plans, budgets, and schedules
• Research and implement cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience designing and administering education and training programs
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and make prudent decisions
• Project management experience with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in learning management systems and computer-based training platforms
