Overview of the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst I to join our dynamic team and support critical business operations for a leading energy company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to analyze complex business processes, gather requirements, and drive data-driven decision making while working with cutting-edge Salesforce CRM technology. You'll be at the forefront of business transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and gather comprehensive business requirements
• Conduct testing, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision making
• Collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in agile development processes
• Conduct training sessions and demos for Salesforce users
• Lead medium to large project teams and mentor junior analysts
• Review and approve findings for senior management presentation
• Coordinate with other business units on strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of related business analysis experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Agile methodology experience
• Project management and team leadership abilities
