Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed fact-gathering, data compilation, and report writing on various administrative aspects.
  • Study management methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions.
  • Analyze operating practices to create new systems or revise established procedures.
  • Coordinate the collection and preparation of operating reports.
  • Prepare and present reports with conclusions and recommendations for administrative improvements.
  • Handle public requests and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up and responses.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control annual budget submissions.
  • Draft internal operating policies and review memoranda and reports.
  • Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for professional/management individuals.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of public administration principles and methods.
  • Expertise in budgetary preparation and control.
  • Strong data gathering and compilation skills.
  • Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with 3 years of responsible professional or supervisory experience in public administration or business management.
  • Or a high school diploma with 7 years of responsible professional or supervisory experience in public administration or business management.
