Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Project Document Control Specialist supporting clean fuels engineering initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll be the organizational backbone for critical engineering documentation, helping drive project success through meticulous record-keeping and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage internal document control databases ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate with third-party engineering firms to synchronize document control systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project status spreadsheets
- Support engineers in organizational efficiency and productivity enhancement
- Assist with writing and adapting technical specifications and contract documents
- Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure precise contract requirements
- Track and monitor equipment surveillance programs
- Ensure engineering deliverables align with project schedules
- Maintain NAMS inputs for nuclear engineering modification packages
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in document management or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with database management systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in document systems management or related field
- Previous experience in an engineering firm environment
- Knowledge of clean fuels market
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and NAMS
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
