Overview of the Role

As an Account Specialist, you'll manage customer relationships across business, commercial, industrial, and government sectors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive account management support to diverse business customers
Handle and resolve customer requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism
Interface with vendor partners and management to facilitate problem resolution
Process claims, contractor invoices, and manage enrollment procedures
Support billing operations and fulfillment requirements
Enter and manage data using Excel and other business systems
Analyze insurance policies and extract relevant information
Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all customer communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, customer accounting, or claims processing
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Excel for data entry and management
Ability to read and interpret insurance policies accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach
Experience in the energy or utility sector preferred but not required
