Position Overview

As a QA Tester, you will join a dynamic team working on cross-functional projects aimed at driving significant improvements. You'll contribute to various testing functions including test development, execution, and project management. This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in your assigned workstream while ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end user acceptance testing for internal and external applications

  • Develop and execute test scripts with attention to detail

  • Report defects accurately and thoroughly, with efficient retesting

  • Collaborate with IT and business units to solve technical issues in real-time

  • Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues

  • Build strong working knowledge of technical solutions being delivered

  • Support operations and testing teams with your expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

  • SAP knowledge preferred

  • Experience with Agile program development methodology

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Consistent follow-through on commitments

  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
