Our client is seeking a Project Scheduler I/II to support the development, engineering, and construction of cutting-edge renewable energy projects, including transmission lines and substations. About the Role:

As a Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of renewable energy projects. From initial planning to execution, youll ensure smooth coordination, timely progress, and precise reporting. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, your expertise will drive the success of transformative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and progress project schedules using Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6.
  • Analyze schedule variations, critical paths, resource/cost loading, and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate and lead schedule review meetings with project participants.
  • Report on project status, variances, and progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and managers to ensure efficient project execution.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of scheduling experience in construction projects using Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and process management skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Preferred:

  • Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or higher).
  • Experience with transmission and substation operations or nuclear systems.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
