Job Title: Production Support Analyst - DevOps/Cloud

Job Location: Kansas City, MO | Minneapolis, MN | Atlanta, GA

Expected Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Production Support Analyst to join an innovative team responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical financial applications. This role combines DevOps practices with production support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain complex financial services applications
• Manage incidents using ServiceNow and JIRA
• Implement and configure DevOps and DevSecOps tools
• Work with AWS and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain automation solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams on operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree in business, information technology, or a closely related field from a
  technical/vocational school, an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of
  directly related to education and/or experience. 
• Experience with Git and source control systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of AWS services
• Strong problem-solving abilities
