Timing: This position requires availability to work rotating 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and 12:00 PM-9:00 PM EST and possibly Saturdays.
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday (No OT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and problem-solving.
- Manage and resolve customer issues with clear communication and expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar components and proprietary software.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Provide customer service through phone, email, chat, etc.
- Become an expert on financing and sales/operations workflows.
- Document customer interactions with detailed logs.
- Proactively escalate potential issues to management.
- Identify and recommend improvements to internal support tools.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant field (customer service, sales, customer accounting, claims and/or revenue recovery, etc).
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous helpdesk or software support experience, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong proficiency using SaaS software.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in solar or a strong motivation to learn about the industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
