Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of writers while maintaining editorial excellence
  • Drive content strategy and ensure alignment with organization's mission and voice
  • Edit and create compelling fundraising and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign development
  • Oversee quality control for all written communications
  • Manage editorial calendars and project timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in lead editor role and marketing/fundraising copywriting
  • Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and values
  • Expert-level AP style proficiency
  • Proven track record in fundraising and marketing campaigns
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and SharePoint skills
