Position Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Medical Leave and Support Services Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in administering comprehensive leave management and support services programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medical leave, Workers' Compensation, Long-term Disability, and workplace accommodation programs
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures related to leave management
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations including ADA and FMLA
• Coordinate with Worker's Compensation vendors and maintain OSHA logs
• Drive process improvements and implement new technologies
• Deliver training to managers on leave management regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of STD, LTD, FMLA, and Leave of Absence programs
• Experience with Workers' Compensation claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM systems (Workday)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
