About the Role
As the Product Team Director, you will define and execute strategies to optimize revenue, profit, and cash flow for the product line. You will lead the products lifecycle management, from identifying new market opportunities to delivering cutting-edge solutions that exceed customer expectations. Collaborating across a matrix organizational structure, you will ensure seamless coordination among functional teams and drive operational and program excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product portfolio strategy, including market analysis and technology roadmaps.
- Lead lifecycle management: business case development, pricing, program execution, and field support.
- Align technology investments with product development needs.
- Manage the Program Management team to ensure performance and program delivery.
- Collaborate with functional teams, including Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Achieve or exceed key metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute the Annual Operation Plan, ensuring alignment with budgets and resource requirements.
- Foster innovation and champion change within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience within a manufacturing environment, including supporting functions
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making expertise.
- Knowledge of market analysis, product roadmaps, and operational strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in driving innovation and managing change effectively.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
