Overview of the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst where you'll apply your expertise to conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams. This role is crucial in supporting informed decision-making within our business unit and offers the opportunity to directly impact senior management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex operational analyses to support strategic business decisions
• Lead medium to large project teams with cross-functional collaboration
• Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Coordinate with other business units on key initiatives
• Direct, mentor, and coach lower-level analysts
• Develop and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of related business analysis experience
• Nuclear background preferred
• Work Management/Systems knowledge
• Safe Agile process understanding
• Strong statistical analysis skills
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
