Job Location: Kansas City, MO (Also considering Denver, CO, Oklahoma City, OK, Omaha, NE, and Remote)

Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team developing and supporting testing strategies for critical applications. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure the highest quality standards in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
• Create and implement test scenarios and user acceptance criteria
• Perform analysis of requirement specifications and user stories
• Execute test plans and scripts while maintaining detailed documentation
• Collaborate with product delivery teams for defect resolution
• Monitor and report on software quality measures

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant QA experience
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Advanced understanding of QA principles and best practices

• Experience with agile, cloud-based delivery
• Expertise in .NET, Java, and JavaScript technologies
• Test automation capabilities
• Financial industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
