Position Overview:

Join our client's team as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing interconnection projects within the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead complex infrastructure projects and collaborate with industry-leading professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations and execute complex interconnection agreements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs), Independent System Operators (ISOs), and customers.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and cost forecasts effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in RTO/ISO tariffs.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and industry advocacy groups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the utility or energy sector.
  • Deep understanding of ISO/RTO tariffs and business practices.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
