Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Specialist I in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that offers a dynamic role in the fast-growing renewable energy industry, supporting essential business operations and building lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine document management and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain records and prepare documentation to support ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the Landowner Relations team to manage relationships with landowners and payees.
- Handle correspondence, answer calls/emails, and manage team supplies.
- Resolve accounting issues and update landowner and payee records.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using office equipment to fulfill administrative assignments.
