Position Overview:
Join a dynamic team as a Senior EIM Operations Analyst, responsible for managing control area interchange, transmission service requests, and Western Energy Imbalance Market operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive EIM Operations Analyst training program
- Manage transmission interchange functions including e-tags and checkout processes
- Administer OASIS and handle transmission service requests
- Maintain situational awareness and communication with Balancing Authority
- Support Energy Imbalance Market operations
- Monitor system performance and provide operational insights
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent trade school certification
- Previous electric operations experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain NERC certification (RC or BIT level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Computer proficiency
