Key Responsibilities:
- Support production operations with maintenance and repairs for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including 3-axis CNC mills, conveyors, machine automation, and robots.
- Analyze and solve problems using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.
- Work from mechanical and electrical drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics.
- Assist with research of parts as necessary.
- Perform preventative, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance per work orders.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, quality documents, set-up instructions, blueprints, and electrical prints.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes charts and other simple documents to communicate to the team.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1-2 years of CNC experience and 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting.
- Validated experience and ability to use standard maintenance and electrical repair tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment.
- Preferred experience with Fanuc robots for recovery and point adjustment.
- Ability to drive a forklift, scissor lift, and articulating arm boom truck.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Allen Bradley Fanuc and Siemens experience preferred.
