Financial Operations Analyst
Palm Beach Gardens, FL | 12 Month Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role will support financial and operational activities including budget tracking, purchase order management, invoice processing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Process invoices and support payment tracking activities
- Monitor budget vs. actual spending and assist with variance tracking
- Maintain financial records, reporting, and data accuracy
- Partner with multiple departments to support operational and financial processes
- Assist with month-end activities and compliance-related documentation
- Support process improvement and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial operations, budgeting, accounting support, or related business operations roles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas
- Experience with purchase orders, invoice processing, or budget tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate professionally across teams and departments
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting budgeting or operational finance functions
