Launch your project management career with a Fortune 200 clean energy leader! This Associate Project Management Consultant role supports the execution of renewable energy construction projects from the Juno Beach headquarters. You'll work alongside experienced project managers, learning the full project lifecycle while contributing to utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage initiatives.

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall management of assigned projects ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals
  • Build and maintain project schedules in Smartsheet, tracking milestones and dependencies
  • Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local officials
  • Support construction work oversight, assessing productivity, schedule compliance, and work quality
  • Participate in walk downs of planned work and validate completed work against design requirements
  • Review contractor payment requests and assist with budget oversight
  • Analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends for decision-making
  • Travel to project sites as required (up to 25%)

โœ… Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or related field
  • 0-5 years of experience in project execution or coordination
  • Experience with project management software (Smartsheet or Microsoft Project)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites

Preferred:

  • PMP or CAPM certification
  • Experience in construction or renewable energy industry
  • Background in vendor/contractor coordination
  • Experience with budget tracking and financial analysis
