Senior Change Management Consultant (IT Business Systems Analyst)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support a high-visibility enterprise IT portal (IT4U) and its ongoing enhancements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that technology changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and drive enterprise-wide adoption using structured change management methodologies like ADKAR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams and stakeholders to understand upcoming releases, business impacts, and user experience changes
  • Lead end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) activities for technology initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify risks and readiness gaps
  • Design and execute communication strategies aligned with ADKAR principles
  • Develop communication materials including announcements, FAQs, training guides, and job aids
  • Drive adoption of OCM processes and ensure consistent intake, prioritization, and execution of change initiatives
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align messaging and maintain enterprise standards
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
  • Support leaders and change champions in reinforcing key behaviors and adoption
  • Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and engagement to measure success and refine strategies
  • Provide leadership with insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve change outcomes
  • Maintain documentation such as communication plans, stakeholder maps, and impact assessments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, IT, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management for technology initiatives
  • Proven experience applying ADKAR methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business units
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level technology implementations
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
  • Background in large-scale digital transformation programs
