Compensation: $210,000 - $260,000 base salary

OVERVIEW
A national firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate (4-6 years) to join its Seattle office. The role centers on complex antitrust and commercial litigation across a broad mix of local, national, and international clients. The position offers strong growth potential within a collaborative litigation practice that handles matters in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and manage aspects of antitrust litigation matters
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, memos, and litigation materials
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
• Participate in discovery, including document review and deposition preparation
• Engage with clients and coordinate litigation workflow
• Assist with broader commercial litigation matters as needed
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross-office teams

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of antitrust litigation experience; commercial litigation background helpful
• Excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials
• High attention to detail and analytical rigor
• Experience handling complex matters in state and/or federal courts
• Active Washington bar license or eligibility to waive in
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $210,000 - $260,000 depending on experience
