OVERVIEW
A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of commercial litigation experience to support its Las Vegas practice. This role is well suited for an attorney who can independently manage the day-to-day demands of complex, document-intensive litigation while collaborating with a broader litigation team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large-scale commercial litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Handle day-to-day case management, including discovery and document-intensive matters.
• Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and written advocacy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to advance litigation strategy.
• Appear in Las Vegas for hearings, depositions, and meetings as needed.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-document litigation independently.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Deposition, oral argument, and trial experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Nevada bar admission required.
• Ability to work remotely with availability for in-person appearances in Las Vegas.
