Acsense is a backend oriented application that is heavily integrated with OKTA, #1 identity management and access control in the world. Quality, accuracy, performance and system architecture is heavily in focus. It is a relatively new product with a lot of challenges.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the QA team, which would include:

QA responsibilities:

1. Testing newly developed features and bug fixes

2. Regression testing

3. Helping product team learn more about Okta

Customer success responsibilities:

1. Leading Demos and PoCs

2. Helping customers make the best out of our app

3. Internally educating colleagues on how features work

4. Supporting customers with issues and requests

5. On-call schedule as second tier support

Requirements

- Certifications: minimum Okta Certified Administrator. Big plus for Okta Certified Consultant

- Good English and excellent communication skills

- Creative, auto-didact, with a drive to succeed, team player, and keep an open mind

- Brasov based, as the position is hybrid
