IT Recruitment Key Account Managers & Senior Consultants 

£30-40K Base (£80K OTE)

Applaud Recruitment  (R2R) is delighted to have partnered with a Recruitment Consultancy who are the leading specialist Recruitment  brand in the world. 

Over the past couple of years they have been collecting data to see where to invest their funds and which new divisions to grow based on existing client demand and growth sectors and it has become apparent that Enterprise Tech is leading the way, therefore they have established a specialist Enterprise Tech Recruitment  Hub. Their initial core focus will be opening a centralised hub in Birmingham supplying resources and talent solutions within the Salesforce Ecosystem across the UK & Ireland.

Salesforce is a burgeoning market with 100,000 newly created UK roles within the next 4 years (Salesforce  Recruitment niche experience is NOT a prerequisite for these positions). 

£200m has been pledged  to make this new division a global success and the No1 in the world. There will be 3 areas business areas: 

1.       Recruitment 

2.       Recruit, Train and Deploy 

3.       Consultancy (Salesforce Partner) 

This extraordinary company hires over 10,000 recruiters worldwide and have the lowest staff turnover in the industry with many Consultants progressing through the ranks to become Directors - it is an collaborative environment with employees who are passionate about their work. 

A well-reputed IT Recruitment Director has been hired to run the new division and he in turn has hired a Head of Contract and Head of Permanent Recruitment, along with 6 Senior Consultants plus there is a Delivery Function for the team to utilise based in India.

In line with growth 3 further Senior Consultants will be required to start ASAP

Skills Required: 

·        A minimum of 18 moths experience within IT Recruitment  (any IT niche) whilst working within a Recruitment Consultancy. 

·        Excellent Interpersonal Skills 

·        An understanding of Recruitment Solutions
