£29K - £40K Base + to 40% Commission + Benefits

Our client is a Technology specialist staffing company that  supplies thousands of tech and digital professionals annually to a diverse range of organisations through their offices in Germany, Australia, NZ, the UK and the US. The organisation has grown by 17% year-on-year for the past 10 years with revenues now exceeding £500 million per annum

They are on a journey to reinvent the world of recruitment through creating amazing customer and candidate experiences driven by a genuine desire to build long term relationships. This motivation to break from the pack is stronger than ever as they roll out a global innovative life hub platform for freelancers based around rewarding loyalty and providing a range of professional and personal wellbeing programs.

There are currently 4 offices in the UK. The Manchester office currently houses 12 consultants and they have seen a record Q1 this year. In-line with their continued success and growth, the plan is to double in size this year and as such, they are moving to beautiful new offices in the Northern Quarter which have a gym and coffee shop on-site. 

There are 4 'warm'  Development and Dev Ops desks available at the moment within either the Contract or Permanent markets. There is no client ownership therefore you can contact existing clients to acertain their requirements within your niche.
