This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a world renowned Global Recruitment Consultancy at Senior level. Initially responsible for a team of 14, your remit will be to drive performance, manage and mentor by leading from the front solidifying the foundations of the existing team and setting a strategy to develop the London business.

A key part of this role will be leading from the front, actively engaging with clients and leveraging accounts (there are at least 5000+ active clients on PSL who the Technology team are not currently engaged with).

To assist you in the development of headcount you will be able to utilise the internal (sizeable) Talent Acquisition Team as well as R2R assistance. As well as the aforementioned TA Team, you will also have access to utilise the Learning and Development Team who offer a blend of Classroom Training and Online training to your new recruits of all levels of experience.

Technology: The CRM is leading-edge with passive marketing and Power BI plus your consultants will have licences to a variety of jobboards including LI Recruiter.
