to £45K Basic + Commission to 40% + 2% Team Override + Bonus + Benefits. OTE £80-£90K

In line with business growth (66% over the past 2 years), they are seeking a Divisional Lead in their Manchester Office. Reporting into the Senior Business Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving the Engineering team forward whilst building long term relationships with candidates and clients across the Engineering space.
Once you grow your team to 8 consultants you will be promoted to Manager with no personal billing target responsibility
Sector: Primarily engineering within the FMCG sector. Mechanical and Design. Suitable for someone with exposure to Manufacturing Engineering Recruitment and /or Embedded Software
Roles and responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Arranging industry focused events with your clients.
- Keeping up with industry relevant knowledge and mapping out your market.
- Developing new clients across the Technology space.
- Creating, managing and managing client relationships to the fullest.
- Seeking the best talent in your field by networking, headhunting and other selective process methods.
- Marketing your job adverts and personal brand to gain exposure in your specialist industry.
- Selling and negotiating business terms.
- Work cohesively with your teams, identifying areas of improvements
