Head of Property Recruitment / Recruitment Manager 

Salary Negotiable to £50K base + Com + Bonus

This modern, quality-focused and highly ambitious Recruitment Consultancy are proud to do things differently and have quickly developed a great reputation across Financial Services and Property Services. 

Established for just over 4 years and already employing 14 highly successful recruiters, the plan is to double the headcount over the next year. 

In order to do so, they are seeking a  dynamic, self motivated, professional Recruitment Manager who will head up the Property Division. 

The Property Division covers 3 main verticals: 

- Estate Agency 

- Investment Sales / Property Brokers 

- Block Management/ Property Management/ Built to Rent

Currently, the team comprises of 4 consultants and the plan is to take the team to 10 over the next year as well as growing out into other areas such as construction & conveyancing. This is a unique opportunity to truly build out your own team with a strong foundation. 

Key Skills required: 

* 3 years+ experience within property related recruitment is essential 

* A solid network within your niche sector 

* Experience of managing/ mentoring consultants 

* Experience of developing the strategy for your team
