New Business Sales Manager - Payroll Services & Solutions.
Hybrid - Office based in Sale, Greater Manchester
Salary Negotiable (£45K - £70K) + Commission.
This well-reputed Global Recruitment Consultancy assist a number of high-profile clients with Payroll Services (from 300+ workers down to smaller accounts of 20). These accounts happened organically without any sales assistance therefore there is a vast opportunity for an individual to grow their payroll service division exponentially utilising their existing recruitment client portfolio as well as identifying new markets/clients.
This role will be ideal for someone with successful experience of selling payroll services and who wants to work autonomously, building and implementing the sales strategy.
Hybrid working hours (2-3 days in the office)
Key responsibilities will include:
* Business Development - developing key clients within their existing portfolio and new business development.
* Devising the sales strategy for Payroll Solutions
* Terms negotiation
Requirements:
* At least 2 years successful Sales experience selling a similar product
* Commutable to Sale 2-3 times a week
* Strong Business Development / Client engagement ability.
