Recruitment Director - Sales Recruitment (FMCG)

Salaries Negotiable from £60K through to £120K (DOE) + Commission + Bonus + Benefits.

If you are an ambitious, financially-savvy Recruitment Manager/ Director who has experience of developing / managing teams of over 20+ consultants and who feels restricted in your current company both in terms of scaling teams/headcount growth and personal career progression, then this could be the ideal role for you.

The company are a multi- sited UK independent Recruitment Consultancy. Post-Covid the company have grown significantly and have introduced several new Professional Services Divisions.

The focus over the next 2 years is on exponential growth and productivity especially within their Sales Division therefore an experienced, ambitious Director is required to build/ implement a strategy for financial and headcount growth ultimately developing the sales team to 40+ consultants nationwide over the next 2-3 years.

Career progression to Managing Director.
