Senior HR Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30-£40K (Dep on experience) + Com + Benefits

Established for over 40 years and hailed for their exceptional service, our recruitment client specialises in the operational pillars that are needed to run a successful business including Business Support, Professional Services and Technology.
Working with some of the biggest and bravest brands, they relish the challenge of finding the best talent in the business.

Due to growth they are currently looking to expand their HR Recruitment Division. Historically, this has been a small division however with your help, that is set to change.

There are a lot of very large clients that you can cross-pollinate from within their heritage Business Support Division therefore there are plenty of warm leads and key contacts who have existing terms signed.The opportunity is vast with over 200+ potential clients!

Key responsibilities will include:

* Business Development - developing key clients within their existing portfolio and new business development.

* 360 Recruitment / candidate identification and management

* Terms negotiation

There is career development potential through to Director level.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years successful 360 HR Recruitment experience

* Commutable to Central London

* Strong Business Development / Client engagement ability.
