Basic salary negotiable with a £150K OTE + Benefits + EMI Share Options

The company are a specialist international, multi-award winning Tech & Digital recruitment business with over 80 employees based within offices in Manchester, Germany and USA.

This is a unique role which will see you instantly running a team of 11 successful Digital Recruitment Consultants ( 4 x contract / 6 x Perm) with a view to scale and develop the team to 20 in the next year.

The team currently yield a very impressive Net Fee Income therefore there is a solid 'platform' from which to grow.

There is also an opportunity to run a (and develop) their European Team.

Digital specialist verticals are: PPC,SEO, Data, Social & Digital marketing.

Vibrant, fast-paced and passionate about their work (the team has had 0% staff attrition), this is a friendly company and the role would be ideally suited to an energetic Team Lead/ Manager who wishes to take the next step in their career to Director level.
