They provide contingent, SOW and retained recruitment services to businesses looking for both contract and permanent tech and change professionals, in addition to this the group have added an agile Consulting business that specialises within Retail Technology.


The Role

Due to the unprecedented growth, the business has an exciting vacancy for a Client Engagement Manager within Enterprise Technology. This is a critical hire in their journey and they are looking for someone to maximise the contract opportunities from their existing, high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities;

• To maximise the opportunities in their existing client portfolio, this will involve networking with new areas of these businesses and identifying/ building relationships with key stakeholders
• Working with the wider IT Recruitment business, devise & deliver a Business Development Strategy for new business (the successful applicant will always be looking for new revenue streams).
• Work with the 360 Recruitment teams to drive the number of leads coming from the business and 'feed' the new business to their dedicated delivery team.
• Ensure long term value is delivered to clients through continual engagement
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Groups vision and strategy, including new brand and products
• Write proposals and design logical frameworks and budget
