Senior Recruitment Account Manager - Tech and Transformation 
(Banking and Insurance markets) 

£25K - £45K Basic + up to 40% Commission. 

* 95% PSL business.  
* No threshold and up to 40% commission 
* Excellent client reputation - relationship led. 

Founded 20 years ago and with 45 staff, our client is  a highly respected £40M turnover recruitment business, based in the City of London.  

Their focus is on recruiting technology, digital and change management professionals into the financial markets, digital & media industries, legal and professional services sectors. 

​Over the past 2 decades, they  have built an outstanding network of client relationships and have an extensive, rigorously managed candidate database. 

Most of the assignments  that they take on are London-centric and 95% is  PSL based, with this in mind, they are seeking experienced Senior Account Managers/ Delivery Consultants who can build strong relationships and a Principal Consultant who will take charge of larger accounts whilst managing 2-3 researchers. 

Desks are dual (Contract & Perm)  50:50 split . 85% of the work that they undertake is within Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) and 15% is everything else within Digital and IT. 

If you are a credible recruiter with 2 years + successful Account Managment / 360 experience then this is the ideal position for you. 
Career prograssion can be swift and there is an option of LTIP & override earnings as well as 40% commission!
