Typically, their clients are investors, private equity-backed firms and entrepreneurial businesses seeking to build a management team which will deliver growth in a structured and sustainable way, safeguarding the culture and spirit of the business.

In line with Business growth, the company are seeking a commercially orientated Head of Practice within Enterprise Sales Technology to help to continue to build the business in the UK, Europe and the US.

This is an opportunity to build something that is truly unique with autonomy, helping shape the company as your Practice grows.

Experience Required:

• Preferably have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Retained Search or Senior level Contingent Recruitment either as a Senior Consultant, Principal, MC, Manager or Partner.

• Have a strong network with Enterprise Sales Technology

• Passionate and energetic
