New Business Development / Client Engagement Manager – Consultancy 

London 

£80K-£100K Basic + Commission + Bonus 

This multi-award winning technology and transformation recruitment agency specialises in data, digital, cloud and security recruitment from offices in the UK, USA and Europe.

They provide contingent, SOW and retained recruitment services to businesses looking for both contract and permanent tech and change professionals, in addition to this the group have added an agile Consulting business that specialises within Retail Technology.


The Role

Due to the unprecedented growth of the Consultancy arm, the business has an exciting vacancy for a Business Development Manager. This is a critical hire in their journey and they are looking for someone to maximise the opportunities with existing clients, win new business and take new innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities;

• To maximise the opportunities in their existing client portfolio, this will involve networking with new areas of these businesses who may not know of the Consultancy business but have signed agreements in place within the wider group.

• Working with the Recruitment business, devise & deliver a Business Development Strategy for new business (the successful applicant will always be looking for new revenue streams).

• Work with the Recruitment teams to drive the number of leads coming from the business and assist in conversion

• Devise, own and deliver a strategic marketing strategy using existing and new channels

• Ensure long term value is delivered to clients through continual engagement

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Groups vision and strategy, including new brand and products

• Analyse and prepare due diligence for new opportunities and activities

• Write proposals and design logical frameworks and budget
