£30-£50K Base + Commission (£80K - £120K OTE)  

Manchester City Centre 

This entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultancy generates over £150 million turnover and currently operates out of 12 international offices across the UK, Europe, USA and APAC. Established in 2002, they have grown organically and consistently to become a renowned financial services search & selection organisation, with a current head count of circa 600 employees worldwide.

The business continues to go from strength-to-strength being recognised in the industry with various awards as well as having recently been named Manchester Business of the year, a Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for and placed in the Virgin Fast Track 100.

The company set up a Legal Recruitment Division 3 years ago and now have 10 Recruiters working the 'UK Private Practice' market. In line with exponential growth, they are seeking successful Recruitment Consultants who would like to move into this burgeoning market with an average fee of £30K. To give you an indication of the market, one Consultant with less than 18 months Recruitment expereince is currently billing £120K per quarter! 

As mentioned, you do not have to have Legal Recruitment experience, but a successful track record within Professional Services Recruitment or similar is preferred.
