Job Summary:

EVP & Chief Business Development Officer (CBO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to shape the future of banking in Cambodia and beyond. CBO will be at the forefront of our banks growth strategy. You will drive expansion, market leadership, and profitability through innovative financial and digital banking products, strategic partnerships, and customer-centric solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of business growth strategies across retail, SME, and digital banking.
• Drive product strategy design, launch, and enhancement of innovative financial products, including digital banking solutions.
• Monitor and optimize product performance, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate market trends and identify opportunities by analyzing macroeconomic shifts, competitor movements, and customer insights.
• Champion strategic partnerships and alliances that expand market share and deliver long-term value.
• Oversee market research, branding, and customer experience initiatives to strengthen our market positioning.

Main Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience (minimum 10 years) in banking and microfinance, with strong exposure to product strategy and digital banking innovations.
• Demonstrated track record of being accountable for product performance and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, financial analysis, and market development.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
